India's Tejas fighter jet is currently getting a lot of attention in the global market. After India, Malaysia has ordered 18 Tejas aircraft to India. Malaysia has preferred Tejas aircraft, beating many global airlines in the competition. Argentina has shown interest in the Tejas aircraft, followed by Malaysia. During the visit of India's foreign minister, Argentina has made it clear that it is keen to purchase Tejas. After this, the countries of Colombia, Egypt, along with the USA, Australia, Philippines have informed that they are interested in buying Tejas aircraft. Why did Tejas planes suddenly become important in the global market? Is Tejas really that effective? Govt of India has recently given approval for Tejas Part 2 So it is important to know exactly what is Tejas Part 2.

Tejas is a light combat fighter aircraft. There are a lot of medium and heavy aircraft in the world. But their maintenance cost is high. That is why many countries cannot afford this cost. That is why many countries are turning to cheap and cost-effective fighter jets even with protection. The cost and maintenance cost of Tejas is low compared to other fighter jets. While the Tejas is not exactly the best fighter in its class, it is certainly on par. Since India has developed this fighter aircraft on its own, India theoretically does not need any country's permission to export it. The aircraft that Tejas competes most with is the Pakistan-China joint-venture JF. 17. Argentina was almost certain to buy but suddenly there was a twist in the story. Argentina asked for information on India's Tejas aircraft. Time will tell what happens next but overall the Tejas has certainly created a buzz for itself in the global market.

The Cabinet Committee on Security of the Government of India has approved a fund of Rs 6500 crore for the development of Tejas Mark II. India is building Tejas Mark II to replace its retiring fighter jets. On one hand Tejas Mark 1 is replacing MiG 21 aircraft. At the same time, India has decided to build the Tejas Mark 2 aircraft to replace the retiring MiG 29, Mirage 2000 and Jaguar aircraft in the near future. The Tejas Mark 2 will be a medium combat fighter aircraft. A 4.5 ++ generation aircraft like the Rafale. In some respects it will be better than Rafale. Also, some of the technology from the world's best fighter jet, the F22 Rafter, is going to be in the Tejas Mark 2. Tejas Mark 2 will be of Cunard delta wing design. General Electric's jet engine will be installed in it. The aircraft will be capable of carrying 6500 kg of weapons.

The weapon developed by India on the Tejas Mark 2 is the BVR Mark 1, 2 and 3. Missiles will be installed. The weapon Mark 3 will have a range of 350 km. Better AESA on Tejas Mark 2 Radar will be installed. The capability of this radar is to detect any object of 1 square meter size from a distance of more than 170 km. Also, the cockpit of Tejas Mark 2 is going to be made of Indium Oxide Layer. The F-22 Raptor has such a cockpit. This layer absorbs the radar waves and keeps the aircraft safe. RCS is important for any aircraft. Radar cross section. This RCS The lower it is, the more invisible the aircraft is to radar. RCS of Tejas Mark 2 aircraft This is only 0. 1 square meter. Raphael's R.C. S. It is about 1 to 1.25 square meters. From this it can be seen that many updated technologies are going to be used in Tejas Mark 2.

The first flight of Tejas Mark 2 is expected in the next 2-3 years. The same production is expected to start by  2030. At the same time, India on its own A.M.C.A. and TBDF. It is also manufacturing these fighter planes. The Indian Air Force has already ordered 123 Tejas Mk1 fighter jets. Tejas Mark 2 will be responsible for protecting India's borders in the coming years. Along with the Rafale and the Sukhoi 30 MKI, the Tejas will be the backbone of the Indian Air Force.

India is trying to sell Tejas Mark 1 globally after Malaysia many countries are lining up to buy Tejas. Although Tejas is not the best in everything and lacks in some things, there are many things that are good. The whole way of fighting is going to change in the coming time. So I have no doubt in my mind that Tejas Mark 2 will be ready for India's defense in the near future, changing with time. We are grateful to all the scientists, engineers, organizations, industry groups who have contributed to the creation of Tejas.

Jai Hind!!!
