Last Thursday, Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi arrived in India without being summoned. He attended OIC meeting. During the meeting, India openly expressed its displeasure over Kashmir's issue being raised in the meeting. India also told him not to intervene India's internal matters. After this he turned his foot towards Delhi. India gave them the treatment they deserved. His plane landed at a public arrival in Delhi. No senior official was present to receive them. He was also escorted out of the airport by the General Arrival Hall. The story does not end here but begins. The next day, he met India's foreign minister and security adviser. He was invited to Beijing, China. They both throw the invitation into garbage. Not even a simple press conference was arranged. Wang Yi's request for a meeting with the Prime Minister was also rejected by India and the steps were taken back to the Chinese Minister. 

"He came uninvited. He get hit on the face and left with instructions to take action."

US Commerce Secretary Gina Raymondo stated, Visiting Indian-American adviser Daleep Singh has arrived in India to represent the United States and seek India's cooperation. The United States has completely backed foot from sanctions imposed on Russia by the United States and the European Union. As long as India and China are on Russia's side, the US knows that its sanctions will not work. Along with China, the US has a figure of 36. So it is impossible to turn to China. India used to be neutral but now India is moving ahead with a cooperation agreement with Russia to further its interests.

गेल्या गुरुवारी चीन चे विदेश मंत्री वांग यी हे बोलावणं नसताना भारतात दाखल झाले. त्यांनी ओ.आय.सी. मिटिंग मधे काश्मीर चा राग आवळल्या बद्दल भारताने आपली नाराजी उघडपणे व्यक्त केली. तसेच त्यांना खडे बोल ही सुनावले. यानंतर त्यांनी दिल्लीकडे न बोलावता आपला मोर्चा वळवला. भारताने त्यांना त्यांच्या लायकीची वागणूक त्यांना दिली. दिल्लीत त्यांच विमान सामान्य लोकांसाठी असलेल्या ठिकाणी उतरवण्यात आलं. त्यांना रिसिव्ह करायला ही कोणतेही मोठे अधिकारी उपस्थित नव्हते. तसेच सामान्य अरायव्हल हॉल मधून त्यांना विमानतळाबाहेर नेण्यात आलं. गोष्ट इकडे संपत नाही तर सुरु होते. दुसऱ्या दिवशी ते भारताचे परराष्ट्र मंत्री आणि सुरक्षा सल्लागार यांना भेटले. त्यांना बिजिंग, चीन ला यायचं आमंत्रण दिलं. त्याला दोघांनी केराची टोपली दाखवली. देखल्या देवा दंडवत करत साधी पत्रकार परिषद पण घेतली नाही. वांग यी यांनी पंतप्रधानांची भेट घेण्याची विनंती सुद्धा भारताने धुडकावून लावली आणि चीन च्या मंत्र्याला आल्या पावली परत पाठवलं. एकदंर काय तर "ते विनाआमंत्रण आले. तोंडावर आपटले आणि जाताना कारवाई करण्याच्या सूचना घेऊन गेले". 

अमेरीकेच्या कॉमर्स सेक्रेटरी जिना रायमोंडो त्यांच्या सोबत इंडियन- अमेरीकन एडव्हायझर दालीप सिंग हे भारतात अमेरीकेची बाजू मांडण्यासाठी आणि भारताचं सहकार्य मिळवण्यासाठी दाखल झाले आहेत. अमेरीकेने आणि युरोपियन युनियन ने घातलेल्या निर्बंधांचा परीणाम रशियावर होत नसल्याने अमेरीका पूर्णपणे बॅकफुटवर गेली आहे. भारत आणि चीन जोवर रशियाच्या बाजूने आहे तोवर याचा आपल्या निर्बंधांचा काही परीणाम होणार नाही हे अमेरीका जाणून आहे. चीन सोबत अमेरीकेचा ३६ चा आकडा आहे. त्यामुळे चीन ला वळवण अशक्य आहे. भारत आत्तापर्यंत तटस्थ राहिलेला होता पण आता भारत आपलं हित  साधण्यासाठी रशियासोबत सहकार्य करार करण्यात पुढे पाऊल टाकतो आहे. 

रशियाचे परराष्ट्रमंत्री सेर्गेई लाव्रोव्ह भारतात दाखल होत आहेत. रशिया भारताला क्रूड ऑइल जवळपास २५%- ३०% सवलतीत भारताला देण्यासाठी तयार झालेला आहे. याच सोबत अमेरीकन डॉलर च महत्व करण्यासाठी रुबल आणि रुपयात व्यवहार करण्याची तयारी ही दर्शवली आहे. या सर्व करारांना मूर्त स्वरूप देण्यासाठी ते स्वतः भारतात दाखल होत आहेत. या भेटीत ते भारताचे परराष्ट्रमंत्री, भारताचे पंतप्रधान यांची व्यक्तिशः भेट घेणार आहेत. १ एप्रिल पासून रशियाने सर्व युरोपियन देशांना रुबल अकाउंट असणं गरजेचं असल्याचं फर्मान काढलं आहे. 

ब्रिटन च्या परराष्ट्र मंत्री एलिझाबेद ट्रूस भारतात दाखल झाल्या आहेत. त्यांनी आज संध्याकाळी भारताच्या परराष्ट्र मंत्र्याची भेट घेतली आहे. 

एकाचवेळी जगातील सगळे महत्वाचे मंत्री भारतात दाखल होण्यामागे काय कारण आहे? अमेरीका, चीन, रशिया, जपान, ब्रिटन, इस्राईल ( हा दौरा कोविड चाचणी पॉझिटिव्ह आल्याने पुढे गेला आहे. )  या सर्व देशांचे परराष्ट्र मंत्री अचानक भारतात येऊन आपल्या देशाची लॉबिंग करत आहेत. हा बदल आहे भारताच्या आंतरराष्ट्रीय राजकारणात वाढलेल्या वजनाचा. आज भारत काय भुमिका घेतो अथवा भारताने काय भुमीका घ्यावी यासाठी जगातील सगळ्याच देशांना भारतात लॉबिंग करावी लागत आहे.

भारत आपल्या राष्ट्रहिताला सर्वोच्च प्राधान्य देताना त्या देशांना आपली जागा नाकावर टिच्चून दाखवत आहे. आज चक्क अमेरीका म्हणते आहे की, 'जे देश अमेरीकेचे निर्बंध जुगारून रशियाशी व्यवहार करतील त्यांना त्याचे परीणाम भोगावे लागतील. पण त्याचवेळी अमेरीकेच्या मित्रांसाठी मात्र कोणतीही लाल रेषा  नाही.' हे वाक्यच दाखवते की भारतासाठी कोणतेही निर्बंध अमेरिका लावणार नाही. रशियाकडून भारताने किती प्रमाणात क्रूड ऑइल घ्यावं यावर अमेरीका कोणतच बंधन टाकणार नाही. 

भारताचे पंतप्रधान विदेश दौरे करतात म्हणून खूप टिका झाली आहे. पण या दौऱ्याची फळ आता दिसत आहेत. एकीकडे मुस्लिम राष्ट्रांच्या बैठकीला गैरहजर लावून किंवा त्याच महत्व कमी करत गल्फ देशांच शिष्टमंडळ काश्मीर मधे मोठ्या प्रमाणात गुंतवणूक करत आहेत. खरे तर अक्षरशः पैसा ओतत आहे. हे सगळं शक्य होण्यामागे गेल्या काही वर्षात भारताची बदललेलं चित्र आणि भारताच आंतरराष्ट्रीय पातळीवर वाढलेलं वजन कारणीभूत आहे.

Some things are so lost in the pages of history that even if they are remembered, a thorn in the flesh remains. The stream of blood that flowed in that blackened darkness dried up. We forgot the memories of those who carried it. Those who survived never mentioned about it. Because everything they did was for the country. This is the story of one such missed mission in which 30 Indian soldiers shed their blood. In which 29 people sacrificed their lives. We realized exactly what happened in that pitch black darkness when one of the surviving Indian soldiers told the story of that night. The soldier's name was 'Shipai Gora Singh'.

It was the evening of October 11, 1987. When Indian troops set foot in Sri Lanka to crush the LTTE militants in Sri Lanka. In the darkness of that day, the Indian Army was carrying out a mission to trap the LTTE militants and their leader Prabhakaran. But unfortunately, the LTTE was aware of whole mission and the Indian soldiers got caught up in the strategy of trapping the LTTE. A secret meeting of LTTE officials was to be held on the premises of Jaffna University in Sri Lanka. The secret news of this meeting reached the Indian soldiers and they planned 'Operation Pawan'. 

The Indian intelligence failed to recognize the LTTE's capabilities and the LTTE had overheard a secret conversation between Indian soldiers. He had deployed his militants in the right places to reach the Indian Army. The mission for that day was assigned to 120 soldiers of 10 Paracommandos and 360 soldiers of 13 Sikh Light Infantry. Some of the soldiers were dropped off at the University of Jaffna football field by helicopter and the rest of the soldiers came to meet them on the road. The LTTE militants were already hiding in the ground with machine guns as they had idea where the Indian troops would land. As the first two helicopters landed on Indian troops, hidden LTTE terrorists started firing from all sides.Due to this sudden firing, only 30 Indian troops landed where 360 ​​Indian troops were supposed to land.

The attack was so fierce that it was a disgrace to abort the entire mission. Since no help could be given to the 30 soldiers who landed there or any kind of help to save them, under Major Birendra Singh's leadership, instead of 360, 1/12, that is, only 30 soldiers started to resist the enemy when they were surrounded on all sides.Twenty-seven soldiers were killed overnight, until the last shot was fired at 11.30 am on October 12, 1987. The remaining 3 soldiers had run out of ammunition. But they did not give up and attacked the enemy with bayonet charges. (A bayonet charge is a knife attached to the front of a gun. Using it to attack an enemy)

It was difficult for the three of them to survive in the face of the decimators. Two of them died in it. A third soldier was seriously injured. The seriously wounded soldier was captured and held captive by the LTTE. The name of this soldier was 'Shipai Gora Singh'. India's mission failed. But the Indian Army could not get any information about what happened to those 30 soldiers. When the Indian troops were able to reach the area after 7 days, they found torn clothes of the Indian soldiers, their belongings and thousands of machine gun bullets. From that, they guessed what had happened here that night. But they did not know exactly what it was.

When the LTTE released Gora Singh, he told the Indian Army about the massacre. The clothes of the martyred Indian soldiers were torn by LTTE militants. Their naked bodies were lined up and set on fire by throwing petrol on their bodies in the nearby Nagaraja temple. The rest of the bodies were later buried there. These inhumane acts of the LTTE were narrated by Gora Singh after his release. In this operation, 29 soldiers of 13 Sikh Light Infantry were martyred for the country. After enduring the inhumane treatment meted out by the LTTE, Gora Singh shared the story of the sacrifice of his comrades with the Indian Army. He kept his promise to fight for India till his last breath.

Even today, on October 11, in the 13th Sikh Light Infantry, read path for the martyrdom of those 29 people. Many of these soldiers were honored with Veer Chakra while Shipai Gora Singh was promoted to the rank of Nayak. Today, those 29 people are lost in the pages of history. So Gora Singh, the protagonist who came back from that night, is quietly living his life in a corner of India.

Today, the real hero of India needs to be brought before the Indians. To this day, these true heroes who have sacrificed their lives have been hidden and often deliberately hidden for political gain. The hero in the film who was shot in the body is a role model for the new generation today, whether he took drugs in real life or secretly contributed to anti-national activities.Or even if they say it is unsafe to live in the country, they become patriots. The country's media unites day and night to catch their word. But in real life, Indians do not know who the real heroes were who were martyred for the country with real bullets on their bodies. The only witness to all this and the hero who came back from the brink of death is Gora Singh who lives his life quietly in a brick house.

Due to a missed mission today, the hero Gora Singh's deeds and the sacrifices of those 29 anonymous soldiers were brought to the notice of all. My heartfelt salute to all those sacrifices.

इतिहासाच्या पानात काही गोष्टी अश्या लुप्त झाल्या आहेत की ज्याची आठवण आली तरी अंगावर काटा उभा रहातो. त्या काळ्याकुट्ट अधांरात वाहिलेले रक्ताचे पाट सुकून गेले. ज्यांनी ते वाहिले त्यांच्या आठवणी आपण विसरून गेलो. जे कोण यातून वाचले त्यांनी त्याची वाच्यता कधीच केली नाही. कारण जे काही केलं ते फक्त आणि फक्त देशासाठी. ही गोष्ट आहे अश्याच एका चुकलेल्या मिशन ची ज्यात ३० भारतीय सैनिकांनी आपल्या रक्ताचे पाट वाहिले. ज्यात २९ जणांनी आपल्या प्राणाचे बलिदान दिलं. त्या काळ्याकुट्ट अंधारात नक्की काय घडलं हे समजलं जेव्हा यात वाचलेल्या एका भारतीय सैनिकांनी त्या काळ रात्रीचा थरार सांगितला. त्या सैनिकाच नाव होतं 'शिपाई गोरा सिंग'. 

११ ऑक्टोबर १९८७ ची संध्याकाळ होती. जेव्हा भारतीय सैनिकांनी श्रीलंकेतील लिट्टे च्या दशहतवाद्यांना कंठस्थान घालण्यासाठी श्रीलंकेत पाऊल ठेवलं होतं. त्या दिवशीच्या अंधारात भारतीय सेनेने एक मिशन हाती घेतलं होत ते लिट्टे च्या दशहतवाद्यांना कोंडीत पकडण्याच आणि त्यांचा नेता प्रभाकरन ला कोंडीत पकडण्याचं. पण दुर्दैवाने सगळ्या मिशन ची चाहूल लिट्टे ला आधीच लागली आणि लिट्टे ला कोंडीत पकडण्यासाठी केलेल्या व्युव्हरचनेत भारतीय सैनिक अडकले. लिट्टे च्या अधिकाऱ्यांची एक गुप्त बैठक श्रीलंकेतील जाफना विद्यापीठाच्या आवारात होणार होती. या बैठकीची गुप्त बातमी भारतीय सैनिकांना कळाली आणि त्यांनी 'ऑपरेशन पवन' ची आखणी केली. 

लिट्टे ची क्षमता काय हे ओळखण्यात भारतीय गुप्तहेर कमी पडले आणि लिट्टे ने भारतीय सैनिकांमधे झालेलं गुप्त संभाषण ऐकलं होतं. भारतीय सैन्याला खिंडीत गाठण्यासाठी त्यांनी आपले दशहतवादी योग्य ठिकाणी तैनात केले होते. त्या दिवशीच्या मिशन ची जबाबदारी १० पॅराकमांडो चे १२० सैनिक आणि १३ सिख लाईट इन्फ्रंटरी च्या ३६० जवानांना मिळून देण्यात आली होती. काही सैनिक हे जाफना विद्यापीठाच्या फुटबॉल मैदानात हेलिकॉप्टर उतरवून बाकीचे सैनिक त्यांना रस्त्याने येऊन मिळणार अशी रचना करण्यात आली. भारतीय सैनिक कुठे उतरणार याची आधीच कल्पना असल्याने लिट्टे चे दशहतवादी आधीच मशिनगन घेऊन त्या मैदानात लपून बसले होते. जशी पहिली दोन हेलिकॉप्टर भारतीय सैनिकांना उतरली तशी लपलेल्या लिट्टे च्या दहशतवाद्यांनी चारही बाजूने गोळ्यांचा वर्षाव सुरु केला. या अचानक गोळीबारामुळे जिकडे भारताचे ३६० सैनिक उतरणार होते तिकडे फक्त ३० सैनिक उतरले. 

हा हल्ला इतका भिषण होता की संपूर्ण मिशन एबॉर्ट करण्याची नामुष्की ओढावली. तिकडे उतरलेल्या ३० सैनिकांना कोणतीही मदत किंवा त्यांना वाचवण्यासाठी कोणत्याही प्रकारची मदत देता येणं शक्य नसल्याने मेजर बिरेंद्र सिंग यांच्या नेतृत्वाखाली ३६० ऐवजी १/१२ म्हणजे फक्त ३० सैनिकांनी चारही बाजूने वेढलेलं असताना शत्रूला प्रतिकार करायला सुरवात केली. संपूर्ण रात्र ते १२ ऑक्टोबर १९८७ च्या सकाळी ११.३० वाजेपर्यंत शेवटची गोळी संपेपर्यंत २७ सैनिक हुतात्मा झाले होते. उरलेल्या ३ सैनिकांकडे असलेल्या सर्व गोळ्या संपल्या होत्या. पण तरीही हार न मानता त्यांनी बायोनेट चार्ज द्वारे शत्रूवर हल्ला केला. (बायोनेट चार्ज म्हणजे बंदुकीच्या पुढे चाकू लावलेला असतो. त्याचा वापर करत शत्रूवर हल्लाबोल करणे) 

त्या तिघांचा संख्येने अधिक असलेल्या दशतवाद्यांसमोर टिकाव लागणं अवघड होतं. यातील दोघांना यात विरमरण आलं. तर तिसरा सैनिक गंभीर जखमी झाला.  या गंभीर जखमी झालेल्या सैनिकाला लिट्टे ने पकडलं आणि बंदी बनवलं. या सैनिकांच नाव होतं 'शिपाई गोरा सिंग'. भारताचं हे मिशन अयशस्वी झालं. पण त्या ३० सैनिकांच काय झालं या बद्दल कोणतीच माहिती भारतीय सेनेला मिळू शकली नाही. तब्बल ७ दिवसांनी जेव्हा भारतीय सैनिक या भागात येऊ शकले तेव्हा त्यांना भारतीय सैनिकांचे फाटलेले कपडे, त्यांच सामान आणि हजारो मशिनगन च्या गोळ्यांची शकले आणि गोळ्या आढळून आल्या. त्यावरूनच त्या रात्री इकडे काय भयंकर घडलं असेल याचा अंदाज त्यांना आला. पण नक्की काय हे त्यांना कळलेलं नव्हतं.        

शिपाई गोरा सिंग यांची मुक्तता लिट्टे ने केल्यावर त्यांनी तिथे घडलेला सगळा नरसंहार भारतीय सैन्याला सांगितला. हुतात्मा झालेल्या भारतीय सैनिकांचे कपडे लिट्टे च्या दशहतवाद्यांनी फाडून टाकले. त्यांच्या नग्न देहांना एका रेषेत ठेवून बाजूच्या नागराजा देवळात अंगावर पेट्रोल टाकून पेटवण्यात आलं. नंतर उरलेल्या देहांना तिकडेच पुरून टाकण्यात आलं. लिट्टे च्या या अमानुष कृत्यांचा पाढाच शिपाई गोरा सिंग यांनी सुटका झाल्यावर कथन केला. या कारवाईत १३ सिख लाईट इन्फ्रंटरी चे २९ सैनिक देशासाठी हुतात्मा झाले. लिट्टे कडून होणारे अमानुष अत्याचार सहन करून शिपाई गोरा सिंग यांनी आपल्या साथीदारांच्या बलिदानाची सगळी कथा भारतीय सैन्यापर्यंत पोहचवली. आपल्या शेवटच्या श्वासापर्यंत भारतासाठी लढण्याची आपली प्रतिज्ञा त्यांनी पाळली. 

अजूनही ११ ऑक्टोबर ला १३ सिख लाईट इन्फ्रंटरी मधे  त्या २९ जणांच्या हौतात्म्यासाठी अखंड पाठ म्हंटला जातो. यातील अनेक सैनिकांचा वीर चक्राने सन्मान केला गेला तर शिपाई गोरा सिंग यांना नायक या पदावर बढती दिली गेली. आज ते २९ जण इतिहासाच्या पानात लुप्त झाले आहेत. तर त्या काळरात्रीतुन परत आलेले नायक गोरा सिंग भारताच्या एका कोपऱ्यात आपलं आयुष्य शांतपणे व्यक्तीत करत आहेत. 

आज भारताचे खरे हिरो भारतीयांसमोर आणण्याची गरज आहे. आजवर आपल्या जिवाचं बलिदान देणारे हे खरे हिरो लपून राहिले आहेत आणि अनेकदा मुद्दामून राजकीय फायद्यासाठी लपून ठेवले गेले आहेत. चित्रपटात अंगावर खोट्या गोळ्या झेलणारा हिरो आज नवीन पिढीचा आदर्श आहे मग त्याने खऱ्या आयुष्यात ड्रग्स घेतली किंवा देशद्रोही कारवाईना छुपेपणाने हातभार लावला किंवा अगदी देशात राहायला असुरक्षित वाटते अशी विधानं केली तरी ते देशभक्त ठरतात. त्यांचे शब्द झेलण्यासाठी देशाचा मिडिया रात्रंदिवस एक करतो. पण खऱ्या आयुष्यात अंगावर खऱ्या गोळ्या झेलून देशासाठी हसत हसत हुतात्मा पत्करणारे ते खरे हिरो कोण होते याची जाणीव ही भारतीयांना नसते. या सगळ्याचा एकमेव साक्षीदार असणारे आणि साक्षात मृत्यूच्या दाढेतून परत आलेले नायक गोरा सिंग असेच एखाद्या विटांच्या घरात आपलं आयुष्य शांतपणे जगत असतात. 

आज चुकलेल्या एका मिशनमुळे नायक गोरा सिंग यांच कर्तृत्व आणि त्या २९ अनामिक सैनिकांच बलिदान सगळ्यांसमोर आणता आलं. त्या सर्वांच्या बलिदानाला माझा कडक सॅल्यूट.

There have been a lot of reactions from people on both sides after this incident. This is not the kind of behavior that would be expected from an Oscar-winning artist like Will Smith, but many are supporting how the same behavior is appropriate or what he did. Both the actors have shown great restraint and prowess since yesterday's incident. Both actors have indirectly acknowledged that they are human beings. In a way, it is accepted that a person can make mistakes. In my opinion, this is the biggest lesson of yesterday's incident.

On the one hand, Chris Rock unexpectedly sat on the eardrums without showing anything on his face, and the same ceremony effectively continued after that, and the Oscar ceremony went ahead smoothly. At the same time, he made it clear that he would not file a complaint against Will Smith. Will Smith, on the other hand, apologized for the heartbreaking incident while accepting the Oscar for Best Actor. He publicly apologized to Oscar along with Chris. It all came from within so much that I was personally happy to be understood as a human being rather than talking about it.

There are many occasions in our life when we are helpless. The severity of this weakness is greatest when the mistake was made by you or by someone close to you. At that moment, all the emotions are frozen and it accumulates like a bomb. It needs a spark and it explodes. This is exactly what happened to Will Smith. His wife's illness had left him in a state of shock. While money, prosperity, happiness are all rolling on his feet, there is nothing he can do. Will had to endure the fact that someone was making fun of her illness in front of billions of people. Everyone has seen what happened next on TV. 

Will certainly missed out as an artist. The time, place and action he chose were definitely wrong. But as a man, as a husband, as a spouse, he is certainly not wrong. Chris misses as a man. He should have known that he is not insulting anyone with his jokes or make fun or interfering in their soft corners. When making jokes, jokes, he must make sure that he do not bring anyone's private life to the fore. But as an artist, he certainly keep this in mind. He may have realized where he went wrong, which is why he did not file a complaint against Will with the police. 

One thing we must learn from all these incidents is that he is a man who has made a mistake. You need to make sure that you do not cross an invisible line while making fun of someone, joking or peeking into someone's private life. ऑस्कर मिळवणं हे चित्रपट क्षेत्रातील एक परमोच्च आनंदाचा क्षण मानला जातो. चित्रपट निर्माते, दिग्दर्शक, संगितकार आणि चित्रपटातील कलाकार या सर्वांसाठीच हा क्षण आयुष्यातील अमुल्य क्षणांसारखा असतो. हा सन्मान मिळण्याचा सोहळा दरवर्षी एखाद्या उत्सवासारखा जगाच्या काना-कोपऱ्यात बघितला जातो. पण हा आनंददायी सोहळा अनेकदा हटके अथवा वेगळ्या गोष्टींसाठी जास्त गाजलेला आहे. या वर्षीचा सोहळा याला अपवाद ठरला नाही. या वर्षीचा सर्वोत्तम कलाकार ठरलेल्या विल स्मिथ ने हा सोहोळा सादर करणाऱ्या ख्रिस रॉक ला स्टेज वर जात कानशिलात लगावली. हा प्रसंग जगातील अब्जोवधी लोकांनी लाईव्ह बघितला. 

अनेक लोकांना स्टेजवर घडलेला सगळा प्रकार स्क्रिप्ट चा भाग वाटला. पण विल स्मिथ चा चेहरा खूप काही सांगून जात होता. गोष्ट एकदा सहनक्षिलतेच्या पलीकडे गेली की माणूस काय करू शकतो हे दाखवणारा कालचा प्रसंग होता. गेली काही वर्ष विल स्मिथ ची बायको जडा पँकेट- स्मिथ ही 'एलोपेशिया' सारख्या आजाराने त्रस्त आहे. ख्रिस रॉक ने बेस्ट डॉक्युमेंट्री फिचर हा पुरस्कार देण्याआधी त्याच्या बायकोवर आणि तिच्या आजारावर मस्करी केली. जे विल स्मिथच्या सहन पलिकडचं झालं आणि त्याचा परीणाम म्हणजेच कालचा घडलेला प्रसंग. 

या प्रसंगानंतर दोन्ही बाजूने लोकांच्या खूप प्रतिक्रिया उमटलेल्या आहेत. विल स्मिथ सारख्या ऑस्कर जिंकणाऱ्या कलाकाराकडून असं वर्तन अपेक्षित नव्हतं ते त्याच वर्तन कसं योग्य आहे किंवा त्याने जे केलं त्याच समर्थन अनेकजण करत आहेत. कालच्या घटनेनंतर दोन्ही कलाकारांनी अतिशय संयम आणि प्रगल्भता दाखवलेली आहे. दोन्ही कलाकारांनी आपण माणूस असल्याचं अप्रत्यक्षपणे मान्य केलं आहे. माणूस चुका करू शकतो खरे तर चुकलेला माणूसच असतो हे एकप्रकारे मान्य केलेलं आहे. माझ्या मते कालच्या घटनेतील ही सगळ्यात मोठी शिकवण आहे. 

एकीकडे ख्रिस रॉक ने अनपेक्षितपणे कानशिलात बसल्यावर चेहऱ्यावर काही न दाखवता सोहळा आणि त्याच सूत्रसंचालन प्रभावीपणे त्यानंतर ही सुरु ठेवलं आणि ऑस्कर च्या सोहळ्याला अजून गालबोट लागू दिलं नाही. त्याच सोबत आपण विल स्मिथ वर पोलिसात तक्रार करणार नसल्याचं स्पष्ट केलं. तर दुसरीकडे विल स्मिथ ने सर्वोत्तम अभिनेत्याचा ऑस्कर पुरस्कार स्विकारताना मनापासून झालेल्या घटने बद्दल दिलगिरी व्यक्त केली. सर्वांसमक्ष त्याने ख्रिस सोबत ऑस्कर ची ही माफी मागितली. हे सगळं इतकं आतून आलेलं होतं की कुठेतरी त्या घटनेपेक्षा माणूस म्हणून समजून घेतल्याचा आनंद मला तरी व्यक्तिशः झाला. 

आपल्या आयुष्यात असे अनेक प्रसंग असतात की ज्यात आपण हतबल असतो. या हतबलतेची तिव्रता सगळ्यात जास्त असते जेव्हा ती चूक आपल्या कडून घडलेली असते किंवा आपल्या अतिशय जवळच्या व्यक्तीशी ती घटना संबंधित असते. त्या वेळी सगळ्या भावनांचा कोंडमारा होतो आणि तो साठत जातो एखाद्या बॉम्ब सारखा. त्याला एका ठिणगीची गरज असते आणि त्याचा स्फोट होतो. नेमकं हेच विल स्मिथ च्या बाबतीत घडलं. आपल्या बायकोच्या आजारामुळे एक प्रकारची हतबलता त्याला आलेली होती. पैसा, समृद्धी, सुख सगळं पायाशी लोळण घेत असताना पण आपण काही करू शकत नाही. तिच्या या आजाराची  कोणीतरी अब्जोवधी लोकांसमोर मस्करी करते हे सहन करणं विल ला अनावर झालं. पुढे जे झालं ते सर्वानी टीव्हीवर बघितलेलं आहे.  

विल नक्कीच एक कलाकार म्हणून चुकला. त्याने निवडलेली वेळ, स्थळ आणि कृती नक्कीच चुकीची होती. पण एक माणूस म्हणून, एक पती, एक जोडीदार म्हणून तो नक्कीच चुकीचा नाही. ख्रिस एक माणूस म्हणून चुकला. आपल्या मस्करी अथवा विनोदातून आपण कोणाचा अपमान अथवा त्यांच्या त्या हळव्या कोपऱ्यात तर हस्तक्षेप करत नाहीत याची जाणीव त्याने ठेवायला हवी होती. विनोद करताना, मस्करी करताना आपण कोणाच्या खाजगी आयुष्यातील गोष्टींना चव्हाट्यावर आणून त्याची तर मज्जा घेत नाही याचं भान त्याने निश्चितच ठेवायला हवं होतं. पण एक कलाकार म्हणून त्याने वेळ नक्कीच निभावून नेली. आपण कुठे चुकलो याची जाणीव त्याला कदाचित झाली असेल त्यामुळेच त्याने पोलिसात विल विरुद्ध तक्रार दाखल केलेली नाही. 

या सगळ्या घटनेतून एक बोध आपण नक्कीच घ्यायला हवा तो म्हणजे चुकलेला पण माणूस असतो. कोणाची मस्करी, विनोद करताना अथवा कोणाच्याही खाजगी आयुष्यात डोकावून बघताना आपण एक अदृश्य रेषा ओलांडत नाही न याची काळजी आपण घ्यायला हवी. आपण जर तशी काळजी घेतली नाही तर पुढे घडणाऱ्या घटना आपण विचार करतो त्या पलीकडे गंभीर असू शकतात. कारण कोणाच्या मनात किती साचलेलं आहे? किती प्रेशर आहे? किती विस्फोटक  स्वरूपात ते बाहेर पडू शकते याचा अंदाज कोणी बांधू शकत नाही.

युक्रेन- रशिया युद्धाला आता जवळपास २५ दिवस उलटून गेलेले आहेत. हे युद्ध आपल्या अंतिम टप्यात आलं आहे का? याबद्दल आता सुद्धा कोणीच काही सांगू शकत नाही. एकीकडे रशिया युक्रेन मधील एक एक शहराला बेचिराख करून ताबा मिळवत आहे तर तिकडे दुसरीकडे युक्रेन ची सेना रशियाला तगडा प्रतिकार करत आहे. या युद्धाचा निकाल रशियाच्या बाजूने जाणार हे उघड आहे. फक्त रशिया किती वेळ आपला संयम ठेवू शकते यावर खूप काही अवलंबून आहे. हा संयम आता सुटताना दिसत आहे. कारण युद्धाचा प्रत्येक दिवस रशियावर आर्थिक झळ टाकत आहे. त्यामुळे एका क्षणाला रशिया आपल्या भात्यातील अशी संहारक शस्त्र बाहेर काढेल ज्यामुळे संपूर्ण युक्रेन बेचिराख होईल. मग तेव्हा कोणीच युक्रेनला वाचवू शकणार नाही. त्याची सुरवात रशियाने दोन दिवसांपूर्वी केली आहे. रशियाच्या या कृतीचा निषेध या युद्धाला कारणीभूत असणारी अमेरीका आणि तिची मित्र राष्ट्र जगाच्या पाठीवर तावातावाने करत आहेत. पण त्यांच्या या निषेधाला रशियाने केराची टोपली दाखवलेली आहे. त्याची दखल घेण्याची गरज सुद्धा रशियाला वाटत नाही. कारण रशियाचे मित्र देश त्याच्या सोबत उभे आहेत. 

भारत आणि रशियाची मैत्री खूप जुनी आहे. कोल्ड वॉर च्या काळापासून भारत रशियासाठी आणि रशिया भारतासोबत उभा राहिलेला आहे. आज या युद्धाच्या निमित्ताने या मैत्रीचा पुन्हा एकदा कस लागलेला आहे. आजचा काळ वेगळा आहे. आजचं जागतिक पटलावर असणारं भारताचं स्थान वेगळं आहे. रशियाला जर कुठेतरी रोखायचे असेल तर तशी क्षमता असणारा आज भारत आपल्या जवळचा एकमेव देश आहे हे अमेरीका आणि युरोपियन युनियन जाणून आहेत. त्यामुळेच भारताची या युद्धातील भुमिका निर्णायक मानली जात आहे. भारत अमेरीका सोबत क्वाड ग्रुप मधे आहे. भारताचे जी २० देशांशी अतिशय चांगले संबंध आहेत. भारताचे ऑस्ट्रेलिया, जपान, जर्मनी, फ्रांस, युनायटेड किंगडम अश्या आज रशिया विरुद्ध शड्डू ठोकलेल्या सर्व देशांशी अतिशय सलोख्याचे संबंध आहेत. त्याच सोबत भारताचे रशियाशी घनिष्ठ संबंध आहेत. २०२१ मधे रशियाचे राष्ट्राध्यक्ष पुतीन जर कुठे गेले असतील तर तो एकमेव देश भारत आहे. (जिनेव्हा इथली मिटिंग वगळता). आज रशिया जेव्हा अमेरीका आणि युरोपियन राष्ट्रांना भिक घालत नाही त्यावेळेस त्यांची बाजू मांडण्याची जबाबदारी आपसूकपणे भारतावर आलेली आहे. त्याच वेळेस रशियाची बाजू या राष्ट्रांसमोर मांडण्याची जबाबदारी ही भारतावर आलेली आहे. 

भारताने आपल्या मैत्रीला जागताना ही तारेवरची कसरत यशस्वी केली आहे असं आता दिसून येते आहे. भारताने रशियाच्या विरुद्ध कोणत्याही प्रस्तावाला गैरहजर राहून रशियाची मदत केली त्याचवेळी भारताच्या पंतप्रधानांनी रशिया आणि युक्रेन या दोन्ही राष्ट्राध्यक्षांशी बोलून हे युद्ध संपवण्याच आवाहन केलं आहे. अमेरीका आणि मित्र राष्ट्रांनी भारतावर दबाव टाकला आहे असं एक चित्र प्रसार माध्यमांनी उभं केलं आहे. पण ते फसवं आहे. दबावाला झुकणारा भारत राहिलेला नाही. भारतासाठी काय योग्य त्याचा विचार करून भारताने सरळ शब्दात आपली बाजू स्पष्ट केली आहे. क्वाड मधे रशियाबद्दल चर्चा करण्याचा प्रस्ताव इतर सर्व देशांनी मांडला होता. ज्याला भारताने स्पष्ट विरोध करत अशी चर्चा करण्यास आपला विरोध असल्याचं कळवलं आहे. काही दिवसांपूर्वी जपान चे पंतप्रधान भारतात असताना त्यांनी रशियाबाबत भाष्य केलं. पण त्यांच्या समोर सुद्धा भारताने रशिया विरुद्ध एकही अक्षर न बोलता जपानला आपली बाजू स्पष्ट केली आहे. तीच गोष्ट ऑस्ट्रेलिया च्या बाबतीत घडलेली आहे. भारताची रशियासोबतची मैत्री आणि बाजू आम्ही समजू शकतो हे ऑस्ट्रेलिया कडून आलेलं विधान उगाच आलेलं नाही. अमेरिकेने रशिया बाबतीत भारत डळमळीत वक्तव्य करत असल्याचं तसेच भारताने घेतलेली बाजू इतिहासात लिहली जाईल असं म्हंटल. त्यावर भारताने आमचा इतिहास आम्ही लिहू असं म्हणत एक सूचक इशारा दिला आहे. 

जेव्हा जगातील ५७ मुस्लिम देश एकत्र येऊन काश्मीर आणि पॅलेस्टाईन वर चर्चा करतात तेव्हा भारत आपल्या मित्राला आपल्या घरी आमंत्रण देतो. भारताने एकीकडे या ५७ देशांना आपल्या बाजूने वळवण्याचा सपाटा लावला आहे त्याचवेळेस या सर्वांचा शत्रू आणि आपला सार्वकालिक मित्र इस्राईल च्या पंतप्रधानांना भारतात बोलावलेलं आहे. इस्राईल चे पंतप्रधान एप्रिल महिन्याच्या पहिल्या आठवड्यात ४ दिवसांच्या विशेष भारत दौऱ्यावर येत आहेत. भारत इस्राईल संबंधांना ३० वर्ष पूर्ण होत असून त्याच्या पार्श्वभूमीवर ही भेट होत असली तरी त्याचे मायने खूप वेगळे आहेत. भारत आणि इस्राईल अनेक क्षेत्रात सहकार्य करत तंत्रज्ञान विकसित करत आहेत. संरक्षण हे त्यातलं प्रमुख क्षेत्र आहे. भारताच्या एअर डिफेन्स प्रणाली मधील बराक ८ ही प्रणाली भारत आणि इस्राईल यांनी संयुकरीत्या विकसित केलेली आहे. जगातील सगळ्यात प्रसिद्ध आणि ताकदवान अशी गुप्तचर संघटना म्हणजेच इस्राईल ची 'मोसाद'. भारताची रॉ आणि इस्राईल ची मोसाद आज अनेक पातळीवर गुप्त गोष्टींचं आदानप्रदान करत आहेत. इस्राईल चा आशिया खंडातील सगळ्यात मोठा मित्र भारत आहे. तर भारताला सगळ्याच वेळी इस्राईल ने मदत केलेली आहे. एकीकडे इस्राईल च्या दुश्मन देशांशी म्हणजेच अरब राष्ट्रांशी भारताने आपले संबंध बळकट केले आहेत. पण त्याचा कोणताही परीणाम भारत आणि इस्राईल यांच्या मैत्रीवर झालेला नाही. उलट ती दिवसेंदिवस अजून बहरत आहे. 

रशिया आणि इस्राईल या दोन्ही देशांशी भारताची असलेली मैत्री जागतिक पटलावर न तुटणारे बंध म्हणून बघितली जाते. अनेक देशांनी या मैत्रीला तोडण्याचा आपल्या परीने प्रयत्न केला पण त्यात त्यांना अपयश आलेलं आहे. उलट ही मैत्री अजून घट्ट होत असल्याचं यानिमित्ताने जगाने अनुभवलेलं आहे. जगाच्या बदलत्या समीकरणात या दोन्ही देशांशी असलेल्या मैत्रीचा आज कस लागला आहे. पण आज तरी 'ही दोस्ती तुटायची नाय' असच ठळकपणे स्पष्ट होते आहे.

काही दिवसांआधी चित्रपट निर्माते विनोद कापरी यांना नोएडा इकडे मध्यरात्री एका मुलाला पाठीवर बॅग घेऊन पळताना पाहिलं. त्याला काहीतरी मदत पाहिजे असेल या हेतूने त्यांनी त्याला आपल्या कार मधे लिफ्ट देण्यासाठी विचारलं पण त्या मुलाने धावता धावता त्यांना नकार दिला. या प्रकाराने चक्रावलेल्या विनोद कापरी यांनी मुलाचा व्हिडीओ बनवताना त्याच्या या धावण्यामागची गोष्ट विचारली. हा व्हिडीओ त्यांनी नंतर ट्विटर वर शेअर केल्यानंतर खूप व्हायरल झाला. उत्तराखंड मधल्या अलमोरा भागातला १९ वर्षाचा प्रदीप मेहरा अचानक एक सेन्सेशन बनला. पण त्या नंतर सुरु झाल विकृत समाजाच ग्रहण ज्यामुळे कदाचित त्या निरागस मध्यरात्री धावणाऱ्या मुलाची गोष्ट अर्धवट संपेल की काय? अशी भिती वाटायला लागली आहे. काय आहे ही गोष्ट. 

प्रदीप मेहरा नावाचा एक १९ वर्षाचा मुलगा नोएडा सेक्टर १६ मधल्या मॅकडोनाल्ड्स मधे काम करतो. रोज रात्री मध्यरात्री आपलं काम संपवून घरी जाताना १० किलोमीटर च अंतर तो रोज धावून पार करतो. त्याच्यासाठी हीच वेळ त्याला भारतीय सैन्यात जाण्यासाठी लागणाऱ्या शारिरीक तंदुरुस्ती आणि स्टॅमिना निर्माण करण्यासाठी मिळते. सकाळी ८ ते मध्यरात्री पर्यंत आपलं काम मग १० किलोमीटर धावणं. घरी जाऊन जेवण बनवणं आणि या सगळ्या मधून वेळ काढत हॉस्पिटल मधे असलेल्या आपल्या आईची काळजी घेणं हे सर्व आनंदाने करणाऱ्या प्रदीप मेहरा ची गोष्ट इकडे संपत नाही तर ती सुरु होते. 

विनोद कापरी यांनी शेअर केलेला व्हिडीओ बघितला तर अनेक गोष्टी त्यातून शिकण्यासारख्या आहेत. सगळ्यात महत्वाचं म्हणजे समोर परिस्थिती प्रतिकूल असताना पण त्याला स्वीकारुन उद्याचा दिवस चांगला असेल या आशेवर प्रामाणिकपणे केलेले प्रदीप मेहरा चे प्रयत्न. जे आपल्या वाटेला दुःख आलं आहे त्यावर रडत न बसता परिस्थिती बदलण्यासाठी असलेली इच्छा आणि जिद्द. आपल्या उत्कर्षासोबत आपल्या कुटुंबाची असलेली काळजी. प्रदीप ने जेवणासाठी दिलेली विनोद कापरी यांची ऑफर आपल्या भावासाठी धुडकावून लावली. आपण जेवू पण आपला भाऊ तिकडे उपाशी राहील हा विचार आपल्याच माणसाशी असलेली आस्था दाखवतो. हा संपूर्ण व्हिडीओ करत असताना प्रदीप एक क्षण पण थांबलेला नाही. तो आपल्या लक्ष्यापासून विचलित झालेला नाही. हे सगळं खूप प्रेरणादायी होतं  त्यामुळेच हा व्हिडीओ खूप लोकांना आवडला. 

आजकाल लोकांना चांगल्या गोष्टी पण अजिर्ण होतात. प्रदीप चा हा प्रवास जसा व्हायरल झाला तसा भारताच्या एका कोपऱ्यात दररोज आयुष्याशी झुंज देणारा प्रदीप सगळ्या भारतात प्रसिद्ध झाला. त्याच्या भारतीय सैन्यात जाण्याच्या इच्छेला मदत करण्यासाठी भारतीय सैन्यातील काही अधिकाऱ्यांनी त्याला मदत करण्याचं ट्विट केलं. पण हे ट्विट येताच त्यावर अनेक प्रतीकात्मक प्रतिक्रिया सुरु झाल्या. प्रदीप च्या जातीपासून ते भारतातील अनेक गरीब लोकांच्या प्रश्नांपर्यंत आणि अगदी भारतीय सैन्यात घेण्यासाठी लॉबिंग अश्या प्रकारच्या आरोपाचे ट्विट ही यायला सुरवात झाली. काही मिडिया वाले लगेच त्याच्या घरी जाऊन पोहचले. त्याला आपल्या न्यूज रूम मधे वाट बघायला लावून पुन्हा त्याच्याच नावाने आपला टी.आर.पी. वाढवला. अजूनही त्यावर चिखलफेक ट्विटर वर चालू आहे. 

आज चांगली गोष्ट लगेच समाजात व्हायरल होते पण चांगल्या गोष्टीकडे बघण्याचा एक समाज म्हणून आपला दृष्टिकोन मात्र कलुषित झाला आहे. आपल्या एकमेकांमध्ये इतका द्वेष रोवला गेला आहे की प्रत्येक चांगल्या गोष्टीला आपण धर्म, जात, श्रीमंत, गरीब आणि इतर अनेक झापड लावायला लागलो आहोत. त्यातून आपल्यातील द्वेषाचं विष अजून वाढत जात आहे हे समजण्याची मानसिकता पण आपण गहाण ठेवली आहे. मध्यरात्री एक धावणारा मुलगा एका व्यक्तीच्या चांगुलपणामुळे सोशल मिडियावर व्हायरल झाला. पण त्याच्या या चांगुलपणातून प्रेरणा घेण्यापेक्षा आज सोशल मिडियावर ज्या पद्धतीने समाजातून चिखलफेक होताना दिसते आहे ते बघून एका मध्यरात्री धावणाऱ्या निष्पाप मुलाची गोष्ट अशीच लपून राहायला हवी होती असं मनापासून वाटते.

Many arguments are being made after the BrahMos missile accidentally flew 124 km into Pakistan last week. Many defense experts are of the opinion that this is not an accident but a deliberate test conducted by India. If we accept the opinion or even if it is an accident, since the BrahMos missile is in the hands of our enemy country, will Pakistan also do BrahMos reverse engineering now? There is a flood of such news. Could that be exactly what happened? Follow up on this question.

What exactly is reverse engineering? We need to know this first. When an object is perfectly in front of us, it simply means to understand the intricacies of each of its constituents and to understand how it was created and to recreate it. Is Reverse Engineering So Easy? So this is not the answer at all. Let's take a simple example. There are many things in your house like toothpaste, bread, washing machine, TV. And many others. If you look at the ingredients used in toothpaste, bread etc., it is mentioned. Even if we know what ingredients are in that food, can we make it that way? Can a washing machine, a TV, made with reverse engineering be the same quality again? At the very least, we can make duplicates like that. But it is not possible to bring that quality without the right information. Everyone must be thinking how food or household items can be compared to missile technology? So the point is, there is little chance of reverse engineering in everyday life, so we can estimate how much security and privacy there is in missile technology.

It is said that China made J20 by reverse engineering of US F-35 aircraft, and it is true. But if you go to see J20, Raphael is more superior than J20. The numbers of China claim for J 20's are misleading and the world is buzzing about its features. No one has seen it. Only we have to  believe what it says. The world has seen how hollow that belief is in the form of HQ-9P. China had sold the missile defense system to Pakistan using S300 reverse engineering. Now Pakistan has understood how big this propaganda was. Even though there system looks like S300 from the outside, there is no criterion for its quality that is close to the original system. This means that even if Reverse Engineering builds a Same-to-Same fighter jet or a missile, (it is better not to talk about Pakistan),  China has not been able to achieve its quality and Accuracy.

Now considering Brahmos, there are three factors that make Brahmos the most dangerous. 1) The speed of BrahMos is the fuel that gives it this speed 2) The accuracy of BrahMos is its navigation system, its software and other electronic components. 3) BrahMos warhead is a simple or molecular material that causes an explosion. Now let's talk about the missile that went into Pakistan. The fact that there was no warhead in the BrahMos that was dropped in Pakistan means that Pakistan only got stones in it, so the third issue was settled. Now the second issue is the navigation system or the software in it. It is clear from the photos of Brahmos that it has been burnt. This means that its software or navigation system is completely destroyed. In fact, when designing a missile, it is designed to destroy the system when the missile is impacted or dropped. So that such things do not fall into the hands of the enemy. Therefore, stones have come into the hands of Pakistan. Now the basic and most important point is the fuel in it. Now if we look at the distance covered by the entire BrahMos, it is clear that it covered a distance of 290 kilometers and a little more. This means that it has used all the fuel in it.

You see, if India wanted to send BrahMos to Pakistan, it could have sent it directly. But India has deliberately cut off the distance of about 100 km Brahmos in India or set its direction accordingly. If you think of the BrahMos projectile shown by Pakistan, it will be clear that when Pakistan is directly in front, what is the purpose of bringing BrahMos closer to Gujarat and then taking a 90 degree turn to cover a distance of 124 kilometers (more than that) in Pakistan? So the answer lies in the first point. India did not want the missile to travel 290 km to Pakistan or land near sensitive cities. That is why Mian Chanu, which is not so prominent but is of military importance, was chosen. The problem was that even though the site was at half the capacity of BrahMos, there was no warhead in BrahMos. The only solution is to fire BrahMos in such a way or to determine its direction in such a way that it will burn its half fuel by traveling to India. The remaining half of the fuel will achieve its goal.

This is what India did when it allowed BrahMos to cover a distance of more than 100 kilometers in Indian airspace. Then suddenly Brahmos took a 90 degree turn and marched towards his target. That is why when India demolished Brahmos in this area, in this case too, stones have been found in the hands of Pakistan. But the fact that we have become such a scapegoat makes it difficult for Pakistan to digest all this. That is why Pakistan has given some of its spoons and media houses in India which are poisoning India. It has been raised that Pakistan can now do reverse engineering of BrahMos by holding them by the hand. Of course, there are some traitors in our country who say all this. I called it a betrayal because the American F-35s were designed by Chinese engineers and the few Americans who supplied information to China. There is no shortage of such traitors in India. Who can sell the country for money. The only way for BrahMos technology to be stolen is if these things are leaked from the companies that make them in India or someone from there betrays the country for money.

Assuming tomorrow that even if Pakistan gets all these things stolen, it is almost impossible for Pakistan to make Brahmos. Today a simple satellite and rocket they cannot build on their own. All of their nuclear programs and all their missiles have been literally painted by China and given to them by the spoon feeding. For them, Brahmos is beyond capacity. Even if China did, I doubt its capabilities would be as accurate as India's BrahMos. More than half of China's stories are propaganda. In any case, India needs to be vigilant so that Bahmos technology does not go to China. But I am of the opinion that Pakistan should not even consider the possibility of making BrahMos by reverse engineering from the BrahMos missiles that have landed in Pakistan. On the contrary, I am convinced that Indian scientists gave a demo of BrahMos considering all the possibilities. Because if you think about the things that have happened with putting logic in the air, you will understand a lot of things.

गेल्या आठवड्यात ब्राह्मोस मिसाईल पाकिस्तान मधे चुकून १२४ किलोमीटर गेल्यानंतर अनेक तर्क मांडले जात आहेत. या घटनेनंतर ज्या गोष्टी समोर आल्या आहेत त्यावरून हा अपघात नसुन अगदी जाणूनबुजून एक चाचणी भारताने केल्याचं अनेक रक्षा तज्ञांचे मत आहे. जर आपण मत ग्राह्य मानलं किंवा अगदी हा अपघात असला तरी ब्राह्मोस मिसाईल आपल्या शत्रू देशाच्या हातात लागल्यामुळे आता पाकिस्तान सुद्धा ब्राह्मोस च रिव्हर्स इंजिनिअरींग करणार का? अश्या बातम्यांना उधाण आलं आहे. नक्की असं होऊ शकते का? या प्रश्नाचा घेतलेला मागोवा. 

मुळात रिव्हर्स इंजिनिअरींग म्हणजे काय? हे आपण आधी जाणून घेतलं पाहिजे. एखादी वस्तू परीपूर्ण रूपात जेव्हा आपल्या समोर असते तेव्हा तिचं अंतरंग वेगळं करून त्यातील प्रत्येक घटकाचा सहभाग आणि त्याची निर्मिती कशी केली गेली असेल हे समजून घेणं आणि त्याची पुन्हा निर्मिती करणं असा एक साधारण त्याचा अर्थ होतो. रिव्हर्स इंजिनिअरींग इतकं सोप्प आहे का? तर याच उत्तर मुळीच नाही. एक साधारण उदाहरण घेऊ. आपल्या घरात अनेक वस्तू असतात जश्या टूथपेस्ट, ब्रेड, वॉशिंग मशीन, टी.व्ही. आणि इतर अनेक. जर आपण बघितलं तर टूथपेस्ट, ब्रेड सारख्या वस्तूंवरती त्यात वापरलेल्या घटकांचा उल्लेख केलेला असतो. आपल्याला त्या पदार्थात काय घटक आहेत ते माहित असलं तरी आपण तसच्या तसं आपण बनवू शकतो का? वॉशिंग मशीन, टी.व्ही.हे पुन्हा त्याच गुणवत्तेच बनवू शकतो का? फार फार तर आपण त्या प्रमाणे डुप्लिकेट बनवू शकू. पण ती गुणवत्ता आणणं योग्य माहिती असल्याशिवाय शक्यच नसते. आता कोणी सांगेल की खायच्या वस्तू किंवा घरातील वस्तू यांची मिसाईल तंत्रज्ञानाशी तुलना कशी होऊ शकते? तर मुद्दा हा आहे की रोजच्या वापरातील गोष्टी रिव्हर्स इंजिनिअरींग करणं याची शक्यता कमी आहे तिकडे मिसाईल तंत्रज्ञानात किती सुरक्षा आणि गोपनियता बाळगली गेली असेल याचा अंदाज आपण लावू शकतो. 

अमेरीकेच्या एफ ३५ या विमानाचं रिव्हर्स इंजिनिअरींग करून चीन ने जे २० बनवल्याचं म्हंटल जाते खरे तर ते वास्तव आहे. पण जे २० बघायला गेलं तर राफेल  ला ही स्पर्धा करू शकत नाही. जे २० चे चीन जे आकडे सांगते आणि त्याच्या वैशिष्ठ बद्दल जगात धिंडोरा पिटते. ते कोणीच बघितलेलं नाही. फक्त चीन जे बोलतो त्यावर विश्वास ठेवावा लागतो. तो विश्वास किती पोकळ असतो हे जगाने HQ-9P च्या रूपाने बघितलेलं आहे. एस ३०० च रिव्हर्स इंजिनिअरींग करून चीन ने ही मिसाईल डिफेन्स सिस्टीम पाकिस्तान ला विकली होती. आता हा किती मोठा प्रोपेगेंडा होता हे पाकिस्तान ही समजून चुकला आहे. जरी बाहेरून ती सारखी दिसत असली तरी त्याच्या गुणवत्तेचा कोणताही निकष हा ओरिजिनल सिस्टीम च्या जवळपास पण जात नाही. याचा अर्थ रिव्हर्स इंजिनिअरींग ने सेम टू सेम दिसणारं लढाऊ विमान किंवा मिसाईल बनवलं तरी प्रत्यक्षात त्याचा दर्जा आणि गुणवत्ता चीन ला मिळवता आलेली नाही तिकडे पाकिस्तान बद्दल न बोललेलं बरं. 

आता ब्राह्मोस चा विचार केला तर ब्राह्मोस ला सगळ्यात घातक बनवणारे तीन घटक आहेत. १) ब्राह्मोस चा वेग म्हणजेच त्याला ज्या इंधनामुळे हा वेग मिळतो ते इंधन  २) ब्राह्मोस ची अचूकता म्हणजे त्याची नॅव्हिगेशन प्रणाली, त्यातील सॉफ्टवेअर आणि इतर इलेक्ट्रॉनिक कंपोनंट ३) ब्राह्मोस च वॉरहेड म्हणजेच स्फोट घडवून आणणारं साधारण अथवा आण्विक मटेरियल. आता जे मिसाईल पाकिस्तान मधे गेलं त्याबद्दल बोलूयात. पाकिस्तान मधे जे ब्राह्मोस पाडलं त्यात वॉरहेड नव्हतं याचा अर्थ पाकिस्तान ला त्यात फक्त दगड भरलेले मिळाले म्हणजे तिसरा मुद्दा निकालात निघाला. आता दुसरा मुद्दा नॅव्हिगेशन प्रणाली किंवा त्यातील सॉफ्टवेअर. ब्राह्मोस चे जे फोटो आले त्यातून हे स्पष्ट होते की ते जळून गेलेलं आहे. याचा अर्थ त्यातील सॉफ्टवेअर किंवा नॅव्हिगेशन प्रणाली संपूर्णपणे नष्ट झालेली आहे. खरे तर मिसाईल जेव्हा इम्पॅक्ट करते किंवा पाडलं जाते तेव्हा ही प्रणाली त्यात नष्ट होईल अशी रचना मिसाईल डिझाईन करताना केलेली असते. ज्यामुळे अश्या गोष्टी शत्रूच्या हातात पडू नयेत. त्यामुळे पाकिस्तान च्या हाती इकडे पण दगड आले आहेत. आता मूळ आणि सगळ्यात महत्वाच्या मुद्द्याकडे येऊ ते म्हणजे त्यातील इंधन. आता आपण जर संपूर्ण ब्राह्मोस ने कापलेल्या अंतराचा वेध घेतला तर जवळपास त्याने २९० किलोमीटर आणि त्याहीपेक्षा थोडं जास्ती अंतर कापल्याचे स्पष्ट होते आहे. याचा अर्थ त्यात असणारं सर्व इंधन त्याने वापरलेलं आहे. 

तुम्ही बघाल तर भारताला पाकिस्तान मधे ब्राह्मोस पाठवायचं होत तर सरळ पाठवता ही आलं असतं. पण भारताने जाणून बाजून जवळपास १०० किलोमीटर ब्राह्मोस च अंतर हे भारतात कापलेलं आहे किंवा त्या प्रमाणे त्याची दिशा ठेवली होती. आपण पाकिस्तान ने दाखवलेल्या ब्राह्मोस च्या रस्त्याचा विचार केला तरी हे स्पष्ट होईल की सरळ पाकिस्तान समोर असताना ब्राह्मोस ला जवळपास गुजरात पर्यंत आणून मग ९० अंशाचे वळण घेत पाकिस्तान मधे १२४ किलोमीटर (त्याहून जास्तीच आहे.) अंतर कापण्याचे प्रयोजन काय? तर याच उत्तर पहिल्या मुद्यात दडलेलं आहे. भारताला २९० किलोमीटर अंतर पाकिस्तानात जायचं नव्हतं किंवा संवेदनशील शहरांच्या जवळ हे मिसाईल पडायचं नव्हतं. त्यासाठीच कोणाच्या गावी नसलेल्या पण लष्करी दृष्ट्या महत्वाच्या असलेल्या मियान चानू या भागाची निवड केली गेली. अडचण अशी होती की ब्राह्मोस च्या क्षमतेच्या अर्ध्यावर हे ठिकाण होतं त्यातही ब्राह्मोस मधे वॉरहेड नसल्याने कदाचित शत्रू राष्ट्राला इंधनाच्या रासायनिक गुणधर्माची चाहूल उरलेल्या इंधनावरून लागू शकते हे भारताला आणि भारतातल्या रक्षा वैज्ञानिकांना चांगल ठाऊक होतं. मग यावर उपाय एकच की ब्राह्मोस अश्या पद्धतीने फायर करायचं किंवा त्याची दिशा अश्या पद्धतीने ठरवायची की आपलं अर्ध इंधन ते भारतात प्रवास करून जाळून टाकेल. उरलेल्या अर्ध्या इंधनात आपलं लक्ष्य साध्य करेल. 

भारताने हेच केलं की ब्राह्मोस ला जवळपास १०० किलोमीटर पेक्षा जास्त अंतर भारताच्या हवाई क्षेत्रात कापू दिलं. नंतर अचानक ९० अंशाचे वळण घेऊन ब्राह्मोस ने आपल्या लक्ष्याकडे कूच केलेलं होतं. त्यामुळेच ब्राह्मोस जेव्हा या भागात भारताने पाडलं तेव्हा या बाबतीत पण पाकिस्तान च्या हातात दगड मिळाले आहेत. पण काय आहे की आपण एवढे बकरा बनलो आहोत हे पाकिस्तान ला हे सगळं पचवणं अवघड जाते आहे. त्यामुळेच पाकिस्तान ने भारतातील आपले काही चमचे आणि मिडिया हाऊस जे की भारताविरुद्ध विष ओकत असतात. त्यांना हाताशी धरून आता पाकिस्तान ब्राह्मोस च रिव्हर्स इंजिनिअरींग करू शकतो ही आवई उठवलेली आहे. अर्थात हे सगळं सांगणारे आपल्याच देशातील काही गद्दार लोक आहेत. मी गद्दार यासाठी म्हणालो की अमेरिकेच्या एफ ३५ च डिझाईन चिनी इंजिनिअर आणि चीनला पैश्यासाठी पुरवणारे कमी अमेरीकन लोकच होते. अश्या गद्दरांची भारतात काही कमी नाही. जे पैश्यासाठी देशाला विकू शकतात. ब्राह्मोस तंत्रज्ञान चोरीला जाण्याचा एकच मार्ग म्हणजे भारतातील ते बनवणाऱ्या संस्थांकडून जर या गोष्टी लिक झाल्या अथवा तिथल्या कोणी पैश्यासाठी देशाशी गद्दारी केली. 

उद्या मानून चालू की पाकिस्तान ला या सर्व गोष्टी चोरून मिळाल्या तरी पाकिस्तान ब्राह्मोस बनवू शकेल हे जवळपास अशक्य आहे. आज एक साधा उपग्रह आणि रॉकेट ते स्वबळावर बनवू शकत नाहीत. त्यांचा सर्व आण्विक कार्यक्रम आणि सर्व मिसाईल ही चीन ने अक्षरशः रंग मारून त्यावर चंद्र काढून त्यांना दिलेली आहेत. त्यांच्यासाठी ब्राह्मोस क्षमतेबाहेरचं आहे. चीन ने जरी बनवलं तरी त्याच्या क्षमता भारताच्या ब्राह्मोस इतक्या अचूक असतील यावर मला तरी शंका आहे. चीन च्या अर्ध्याहून अधिक गोष्टी प्रोपगंडा असतात. असं असलं तरीसुद्धा बाह्मोस च तंत्रज्ञान चीन कडे जाऊ नये यासाठी भारताने सजग राहणं अतिशय गरजेचं आहे. पण पाकिस्तान मधे पडलेल्या ब्राह्मोस मिसाईल वरून पाकिस्तान रिव्हर्स इंजिनिअरींग करून ब्राह्मोस बनवेल या शक्यतेचा विचारही करू नये या मताचा मी आहे. उलट भारतीय वैज्ञानिकांनी सगळ्या जर- तर च्या शक्यतांचा विचार करून ब्राह्मोस चा डेमो दिला होता याचा मला संपूर्ण विश्वास आहे. कारण तर्क हे हवेत न मांडता जर ज्या गोष्टी घडल्या आहेत त्याचा विचार केला तर खूप गोष्टी आपल्याला समजतात.

सत्तेची नशा आणि झिंग एकदा चढली की सुरू होतो तो सिंहासन वाचवण्याचा खेळ. ज्यात शहाला काटशह दिले जातात आणि निरनिराळे डावपेच आखले जातात. कधी समोरून तर कधी पाठीवर वार केले जातात. त्यात कधी कोथळा बाहेर काढला जातो तर कधी डाव आपल्यावर उलटतो. कधी परके आपले होतात तर कधी आपण आपल्या माणसांना परकं करतो. आपण कधी शेर बनतो तर कधी समोरचा आपल्याला वरचढ ठरतो आणि हा गेम ऑफ थ्रोन्स असाच पुढे सुरू राहतो. राजकारण, समाजकारण, अर्थकारण ते मी, माझं कुटुंब अश्या सर्व पातळ्यांवर हा सुरू असतो. ही सत्ता कधी आर्थिक वर्चस्वाची, कधी सामाजिक वर्चस्वाची तर कधी अस्तित्वाची लढाई असते. असे म्हणतात प्रेमात आणि युद्धात सगळे काही माफ असते. ते सूत्र या खेळातसुद्धा तितकेच लागू पडते. 

आज आपल्या आजूबाजूला बघितलं तर सर्वच पातळीवर गेम ऑफ थ्रोन्स दिसून येतो. राजकारण हे तर त्याचं दृष्य स्वरूप. पक्ष, संघटना, देश, अस्मिता या सर्वांना वेठीस धरून हा राजरोस सुरू असतो. खेळाच्या चाली रचणारा ते ज्याच्या विरुद्ध त्या रचल्या जातात त्यासोबत या दोघांच्या आजूबाजूला असणारे सर्वच त्या शिकारीचा भाग होतात किंवा शिकार बनतात. त्याची तीव्रताही वरून खाली येते. सगळ्यात वर जो असतो त्याला याने काहीच फरक पडत नसतो. कधी पडलाच तरी एखादा साधा ओरखडा ज्याची किंमत त्याने आधीच वसूल केलेली असते. मात्र याची सगळ्यात जास्ती किंमत मोजतात किंवा त्रासाला सामोरे जातात ते सगळ्यात खालच्या पायरीवर असणारे. 'विठ्ठला, कोणता झेंडा घेऊ हाती' असं म्हणत कोणताही झेंडा हातात घेतल्यावर त्याचा भार त्यांनाच सोसायचा असतो हे मात्र विसरून जातात. राजकारण्यामधल्या गेम ऑफ थ्रोन्सचा सगळ्यात जास्ती फायदा पण वरून खाली होतो. वर असलेला सगळ्यात जास्ती फायद्यात असतो तर खाली असलेल्याच्या हातात मात्र रिकामा कटोरा असतो. 

सामाजिक पातळीवर आणि कौटुंबिक पातळीवर गेम ऑफ थ्रोन्स हा अदृश्य पातळीवर सुरू असतो. कोण आपलं आणि कोण शत्रू हे ओळखणं अनेकदा खूप कठीण असतं. प्रत्येकाचे निकष हे वेगळे असतात. प्रत्येकाचे खेळायचे नियम वेगळे असतात. कोणाचा अजेंडा काय आहे हे अनेकदा शेवटपर्यंत कळत नाही. त्यामुळेच हा गेम सगळ्यांत जास्ती नुकसान आणि जखम देणारा असतो. यात अनेकदा आयुष्यं उध्वस्त होऊन जातात. यातील प्रत्येक चाल ही मनाला क्लेश आणि यातना देऊन जाते. यातले मुखवटे जेव्हा गळून पडतात तेव्हा होणारा त्रास शब्दांपलीकडे असतो. सोशल मिडिया हा याच गेम ऑफ थ्रोन्सचं एक चालतं  बोलतं उदाहरण आहे. शालजोडीतले, स्क्रीन शॉट ते गॉसिप हे सगळ्याच या गेम ऑफ थ्रोन्सच्या चाली आहेत. ज्यात प्रत्येकजण एकमेकाला शह काटशह देत असतो. पण यात दोन्ही बाजूने नुकसान होते हे मात्र अनेकांना उमजत नाही. आपलं कितीही नुकसान झालं तरी चालेल पण समोरच्याला आपण खाली पाडलं पाहिजे, समोरच्याला इंगा दाखवला पाहिजे, समोरच्याचा अपमान केला पाहिजे, समोरच्याचा माज उतरवला पाहिजे आणि इतर अनेक कारणांसाठी आपण इतक्या पायऱ्या उतरतो की आपण तळाला पोहोचलो याची जाणीव अनेकदा आपल्याला होत नाही. 

कौटुंबिक आणि सामाजिक गेम ऑफ थ्रोन्समध्ये खरंच कोणी जिंकून समाधानी होते का? याचं उत्तर नाही हेच येते. कारण ज्याच्यावर वार होतात आणि जे वार करतात ते कधीतरी आपलेच असतात. मुखवटे घालून असतील, फसवून असतील, भावनांशी खेळून असतील पण कधीतरी आपलेच असतात म्हणून तर याचा त्रास सगळ्यांत जास्ती होतो. पण म्हणतात ना की एकदा झिंग चढली की आपण काय मिळवतो आणि काय गमावतो याचा जमाखर्च मांडण्याची गरजही आपल्याला वाटत नाही. तिकडेच सुरू होतो एक न संपणारा खेळ ज्यात हरणारा उध्वस्त होतोच पण जिंकणाराही सर्व गमावून बसतो. या खेळात तोच जिंकतो ज्याला आपण कुठे थांबायचं हे कळतं, ज्याला हरूनसुद्धा जिंकता येतं आणि ज्याला आपल्यापेक्षा समोरचा काय चाल करणार याची माहिती जास्त असते. गेम ऑफ थ्रोन्स हा न संपणारा आहे. ज्यात वेगवेगळ्या लेव्हल येतात. प्रत्येक लेव्हलवर आपण जिंकू याची जशी शाश्वती नसते तशी प्रत्येक खेळात आपण सामाविष्ट व्हायलाच पाहिजे असा अट्टाहासही नको. कधीतरी बाजूला बसून सुद्धा गेम ऑफ थ्रोन्सची मजा अनुभवता आली पाहिजे. हे जेव्हा जमते तेव्हा आपण न खेळताही या खेळातला हुकूमाचा एक्का बनतो.

The BrahMos vertical dive can hit the target at an angle of 70-90 degrees. The fact is that countries like China and the United States, apart from Pakistan, are worried about these missiles. This is because the Pakistan missile defense system, the AWACS radar or any other radar system of Pakistan did not get a glimpse of India's missiles. This means that BrahMos has proven that it can do its job by circumventing all these systems. Therefore, it is not yet possible to stop BrahMos and create a system to track him. काही दिवसांपूर्वी भारताचं एक क्षेपणास्त्र चुकून आपला रस्ता भरकटत चक्क पाकिस्तानात जाऊन पडलं. पाकिस्तान ची सरहद्द ओलांडून १२४ किलोमीटर चा प्रवास पाकिस्तान मधे सुपर सॉनिक वेगाने अवघ्या साडेतीन मिनिटात करत त्याने पाकिस्तान मधील मियान चानू प्रांतात पडलं. पाकिस्तान ने या गोष्टीचा खूप गाजावाजा केला. भारतावर प्रतिबंध घालण्याची मागणी युनायटेड नेशन आणि त्याच्या सदस्य देशांना केली. भारताच्या या कृतीचा सर्व जगाने निषेध करावा यासाठी सर्व देशांना पत्र पाठवणार असल्याचं ही पाकिस्तान ने सांगितलं आहे. या सर्व पार्श्वभूमीवर भारताकडून फक्त एक पत्रक काढून चौकशी करू तसेच हे मिसाईल चुकून पाकिस्तान च्या हद्दीत गेल्याच आम्हाला दुःख असल्याचं म्हंटलेलं आहे. यानंतर भारताने ऑफिशिअली यावर काहीही विधान केलेलं नाही किंवा यावर भारत सरकारकडून अथवा कोणत्याही पदावरील मंत्र्यांकडून कोणताही खुलासा अथवा वक्तव्य आलेलं नाही. त्यामुळेच या चुकलेल्या मिसाईल ची गोष्ट मोठी रंजक बनली आहे. त्यामुळेच ही चुकलेलं मिसाईल नक्की काय आहे हे थोडं जाणून घेऊ या. 

भारताने आपलं पत्रक या घटनेवर प्रसिद्ध केलं तेव्हा त्यात कोणत्याही मिसाईल च नाव घेतलेलं नाही. पण पाकिस्तान आणि अनेक रक्षा तज्ञांच्या मते ते 'ब्राह्मोस' सुपर सॉनिक मिसाईल होतं. आपण मानून चालू की हे ब्राह्मोस मिसाईल होतं. २००१ मधे ब्राह्मोस मिसाईलची पहिल्यांदा चाचणी घेण्यात आली होती. याचा अर्थ जवळपास २० वर्ष भारत या मिसाईलच तंत्रज्ञानाच्या आणि इतर सर्व सिस्टीम च्या चाचण्या घेत आला आहे. त्यात बदल करत आला आहे. साहजिक आहे की आत्ता जी ब्राह्मोस तयार आहेत ती २००१ च्या तुलनेत खूप प्रगत, खूप प्रभावी आणि त्याच प्रमाणे चूक न होण्यासाठी बनवली गेलेली आहेत. कोणतेही मिसाईल फायर करण्याआधी खूप सारे प्रोटोकॉल आणि परवानग्या घेतल्या जातात. मिसाईल लाँच च्या वेळेस सुद्धा प्रत्येक पातळीवर प्रत्येक अधिकाऱ्याचा क्लिअरन्स घेतला जातो. ज्या प्रमाणे एखाद्या रॉकेट उड्डाणात मिशन कंट्रोल डायरेक्टर ने गो अहेड दिल्याशिवाय रॉकेट उड्डाण भरत नाही. त्याच प्रमाणे मिसाईल हे फायर होत नाही. मिसाईल फायर करताना पण त्यात ओ. टी. पी. प्रमाणे कोड टाकावा लागतो. जो काही वेळासाठी लागू असतो. हा कोड सिक्रेट असतो व वेळेवर तो योग्य अधिकाऱ्याच्या हातात दिला अथवा सांगितला जातो. आता साधा विचार केला तर चुकून मिसाईल फायर होण्यासाठी यातल्या सगळ्या पायऱ्यांवर चूक अथवा निष्काळजीपणा घडणं गरजेचं आहे. कारण यातील एक जरी स्टेप चुकली तरी मिसाईल फायर होणार नाही. मग भारताने आणि भारताच्या रक्षा अधिकाऱ्यांनी इतकी मोठी चूक खरे तर चुका केल्या का? जर खरेच चुका झाल्या असतील तर भारताच्या पंतप्रधानांनी तात्काळ सुरक्षा परिषदेची मिटिंग घेऊन सगळ्याच अधिकाऱ्यांची कानउघाडणी करणं अपेक्षित नाही का? 

ब्राह्मोस हे जगातील सगळ्यात वेगाने जाणारे स्वनातीत क्रूझ मिसाईल आहे. २.८ मॅक वेगाने ३०० किलोग्रॅम वॉरहेड जे की साधं किंवा आण्विक नेण्याची त्याची क्षमता आहे. ब्राह्मोस त्याच्या प्रचंड वेगामुळे त्याच्या आकारापेक्षा २० पट जास्ती विध्वंस करण्यात सक्षम आहे. एक मिसाईल एखाद्या सैनिकी जहाजाचे क्षणात दोन तुकडे करण्यात सक्षम आहे. यावरून ब्राह्मोस च्या ताकदीचा अंदाज आपण लावू शकतो. मग चुकीने ब्राह्मोस फायर होणं किती महाग पडेल? तसं होऊ नये म्हणून भारताने त्यासाठी उपाययोजना केल्या नसतील का? जर त्या सगळ्याच चुकल्या तर हे किती गंभीर होऊ शकते? आण्विक वॉरहेड लावलेलं आणि चुकून सुटलेलं ब्राह्मोस भारताची एक- दोन शहर जगाच्या नकाशावरून एका क्षणात गायब करू शकते. मग भारता कडून चूक झाली हे शेंबड्या पोराला तरी पचेल का? 

आता आपण पाकिस्तान कडे येऊ. त्यांचे मेंदू नाहीतरी गुडघ्यात असतात. ही घटना घडल्यानंतर काही क्षणात भारतीय अधिकाऱ्यांनी याची कल्पना पाकिस्तान ला दिली. तोवर पाकिस्तान ला काय घडलं आहे याची सुतराम कल्पना नव्हती. भारताने माहिती दिल्यानंतर तब्बल २-३ तासाने पाकिस्तान ने पत्रकार परिषद घेऊन भारताच मिसाईल आपल्या भागात पडल्याचं जगाला सांगितलं. पण आपला नाकर्तेपणा लपवण्यासाठी पाकिस्तान ने या मिसाईल ची कल्पना आपल्याला पाकिस्तान च्या हद्दीत शिरल्यावर आली. तसेच या मिसाईल च प्रोजेक्टाईल ही पाकिस्तान ने पत्रकार परिषदेत दाखवलं. पाकिस्तान ने यात हे मिसाईल हरयाणा मधल्या सिरसा येथून सोडण्यात आलं. काही काळ म्हणजे जवळपास ८०-१०० किलोमीटर चा प्रवास केल्यावर याने अचानक ९० अंशाच वळण घेत पाकिस्तानकडे कूच केलं. पाकिस्तान ची सरहद्द ओलांडून १२४ किलोमीटर चा प्रवास करून हे मिसाईल पाकिस्तान चा लष्करी तळ असलेल्या मियान चानू प्रांतात पडलं असल्याचं पाकिस्तान ने सांगितलं. 

पाकिस्तान मधले अधिकारी कसे गुढघ्यात मेंदू ठेवून असतात ते बघू. ब्राह्मोस हे स्वनातीत मिसाईल आहे. जमिनीच्या अगदी जवळून ते लक्ष्यावर झेप घेऊ शकते. ब्राह्मोस व्हर्टिकल डाइव्ह ७०-९० अंशाच्या कोनात घेऊन लक्ष्यावर निशाणा साधू शकते. (व्हर्टिकल डाइव्ह म्हणजे एखादा शत्रू डोंगराच्या मागे लपला असेल तर डोंगराची उंची गाठून दुसऱ्या बाजूला दरीत लपलेल्या शत्रूला लक्ष्य करू शकते.) अमेरीका, चीन, रशिया, इस्राईल सारख्या देशांची रडार सुद्धा याचा मागोवा याचमुळे काढू शकत नाहीत. कारण हे मिसाईल अतिशय वेगवान, चपळ आणि हवेतल्या हवेत आपला रस्ता बदलण्यास सक्षम आहे. पाकिस्तान अधिकाऱ्यांच्या मते ब्राह्मोस ने पाकिस्तान च्या हद्दीत प्रवेश केल्यावर लगेच यांच्या चीन ने भंगारात दिलेल्या एअर डिफेन्स प्रणाली ने ब्राह्मोस चा मागोवा घेतला आणि शेवटपर्यंत त्याचा पाठलाग केला. आता सरळ प्रश्न येतो की तुमची एअर डिफेन्स प्रणाली इतकीच सक्षम होती तर मिसाईल १२४ किलोमीटर आत येईपर्यंत ती काय अंडी उबवत होती का? शत्रू राष्ट्राचं स्वनातीत मिसाईल आपल्या दिशेने येत आहे याची जाणीव झाल्यावर पण कोणतीच यंत्रणा त्याला रोखण्यासाठी कार्यांवित का गेली नाही? त्या मिसाईल वर कोणत्याही प्रकारचं वॉरहेड असतं तर? म्हणजे पाकिस्तानवर अणुबॉम्ब पडतो आहे पण पाकिस्तानी यंत्रणा त्याचा फक्त मागोवा घेणार? हा विचारच किती हास्यास्पद आहे. हे सगळं विचार न करता आपली चड्डी सांभाळण्यासाठी आंतरराष्ट्रीय मंचावर सांगताना याना थोडीपण लाज वाटत नाही. 

खरी गोष्ट ही आहे की या चुकलेल्या मिसाईलमुळे पाकिस्तान सोडाच चीन, अमेरीका सारखे देश चिंतेत आहेत. याच कारण की भारताच्या मिसाईल चा थोडा पण अंदाज पाकिस्तान च्या एअर डिफेन्स प्रणालीला,  AWACS रडार ला किंवा पाकिस्तान च्या कोणत्याही रडार यंत्रणेला आला नाही. याचा अर्थ ब्राह्मोस या सगळ्या प्रणालींना चकवा देत आपलं काम फत्ते करू शकते हे सिद्ध झालेलं आहे. त्यामुळे ब्राह्मोस ला रोखणं तर सोडाच त्याचा मागोवा घेण्याची यंत्रणा निर्माण करणं अजून जमलेलं नाही. चीन ची एअर डिफेन्स प्रणाली यामुळे आता भंगारात जाण्याच्या लायकीची आहे यावर एक प्रकारे शिक्कामोर्तब झालेलं आहे. ब्राह्मोस च हे व्हर्जन जुनं म्हणजे साधारण २९० किलोमीटर ब्लॉक मधील आहे. (ज्या प्रमाणात मिसाईल ने अंतर कापलं आहे त्यावरून) भारताने सुरक्षित स्थळी हे मिसाईल आपणहून पाडलेले आहे. याचा अर्थ भारताची यंत्रणा भारतातून शत्रू देशात असणाऱ्या मिसाईल च्या प्रणाली नियंत्रित करू शकते.भारताने आपल्या मिसाईल ने कुठे, केव्हा, कधी, कश्या पद्धतीने लक्ष्य करायचं या सगळ्यावर आपलं नियंत्रण मिळवलेलं आहे हे या चुकलेल्या मिसाईल ने सिद्ध केलं आहे. 

मिसाईल चुकून उडालं की मुद्दामून पाठवलं गेलं यातल्या गोष्टी बाहेर येणार नाहीत. पण ज्या पद्धतीने भारताने या गोष्टी राजकीय, आंतरराष्ट्रीय आणि पाकिस्तान सोबत हाताळल्या आहेत ते कुठेतरी हे खूप मोठं मिशन असल्याचं सुतोवाच करत आहेत. चक्क अमेरीकेने या घटनेनंतर पाकिस्तान ला तंबी दिली आहे की तुम्ही उगाच नको तो थयथयाट करू नका. मिसाईल चुकून आलं हे भारताने मान्य केलं आहे सो आता विषय संपवा. या गोष्टी सहज पचनी पडणाऱ्या नाहीत. पाकिस्तान चा मित्र चीन सुद्धा यावर मूग गिळून गप्प आहे. त्यामुळेच हे चुकलेल्या मिसाईल ने खूप साऱ्या गोष्टी बरोबर केल्या आहेत.

Movies are often linked to our lives beyond entertainment. Such films are often a sensation in the eyes of society. When the film deals with things that happen behind the scenes in society or in personal life, hidden references, misrepresented mirrors. So its creation is out of the box. Many of the films in Hollywood that have dealt with such topics in a very good way are still considered to be the greatest films of all time. So even today, films with such a futile endeavor represent a mediocre quality. To this day, directors and producers have not resorted to such experiments in Hindi and Marathi films. Because the audience is just as eager to see such a film. We have to accept the fact that the Indian audience, playing in the love of the protagonist and the politics of the mother-in-law and daughter-in-law at home, was failing to do justice to such works of art.

This has definitely changed in the last few years. This is certainly welcome. But this change has exposed many hidden divisions in the society. In the two films that have just started, these two extremes of society have been exposed once again. That is why extreme reactions to both the films are pouring in through social media and others. With that, the mistake is the latter. But those emerging reactions are clearly showing the gaps in the society. On the one hand, a film like Jhund Swarm depicts the very lower classes of the society and the issues facing them, while on the other hand, Kashmir Files reveals the naked truth about the manner in which the upper castes of the society were persecuted on the basis of religion.

Proponents of her case have been working to make the actual transcript of this statement available online. The movie shows that the society is still going, religion has not come out of it. When making a film, it is obvious that it has the impression of the director, the producer. When the Nagraj Manjule brings Jhund in front of us, we have to accept that the film will have the impression of the society they have experienced or seen in their life. You cannot tell by looking through your glasses how true or false it is. Only by watching movies can you become aware of that situation.I personally do not like to go to see or oppose the movie as it shows the birthday of a great person except for festivals like Diwali, Holi or Ganpati. The plot of the film, the things that are shown, can and should be disputed. But the insistence that we should or should not watch the film from the point of view of our own role is wrong. Your thoughts, your opinions are completely different. Even if you don't like it, you should have the mentality of listening or seeing what the other person is saying, because at the same time your opinion and your point of view can be heard by the other person. If the film has been given an ethnic color by the producer or filmmaker, then everyone, as an intelligent spectator, should decide their right to accept or reject it. But the insistence on both sides that it should be the same is wrong.

When those who regularly tell us that terrorists have no religion say that those who have been persecuted are propagandized through the lens of religion and caste, then the same people in the society are creating a propaganda of their own. When an onlooker sees an inhumane massacre in India on the basis of religion and caste, the viewer experiences it once again. So the sadness, the impulse, the anguish and the overall fear of that incident once again we can clearly feel from the reaction of the audience after the end of the film. This inhumane incident may not have been deliberately allowed to reach us for so many years due to the reluctance of the politicians of that time and the people around us who are cultivating tolerance through politics of religion. If the same thing is going to people today through movies, how can it be propaganda. If Steven Spielberg exposes the atrocities committed against Jews in Germany through the Schindler's List, it is a timeless piece of art. And if Vivek Agnihotri exposes the injustice done to Kashmir Pandits through Kashmir Files, then it is clear that if these same people call it propaganda, then those who say so are propagandists.

The question is not whether the Zhund or Kashmir files represent a section of the society. The question is, is our society failing to understand the two extremes? People of opposite faith or caste, religion are watching these two films today from the slap of their same religion and caste. That is why I sincerely feel that these two films are presenting a picture of how deeply rooted the hidden divisions of the society are. If Schindler's list maker Spielberg wins the Oscars, then the hidden agenda is systematically pursued in India so that the Kashmir files cannot be seen, while the herd is labeled as a caste. That is why I think there is an urgent need to create an intelligent and strong audience today. At the behest of someone, It is important to understand that the height and quality of a film is not determined by the fact that someone has promoted a movie on someone's show and a Facebook celebrity writer has expressed his or her opinion as an opponent or a supporter.

While it is a great change to make a film on the subject of Zhund and Kashmir Files or on such an occasion and get a response from the audience, it has once again exposed the deep divisions in the society. It will affect the way we view each other. This will give impetus to the idea of ​​classifying the religion, caste and creed by the last name. But one side of it is good. If you understand that, then such films bring before you a mirror of the unfamiliar or opposite situation in the society. Believe it or not, the ability to see reflection will definitely help you to broaden the horizons of a broad audience and your thinking, perspective.
