It is said that 'since you have become the captain of a ship, you do not want to forget how to navigate'. Perhaps this is the state Ukraine is going through today. Today, it is reported that the captain of his ship forgot how to navigate the ship and fled to another country by tying the whole country to a rope. As I have written before, how expensive it can be to hand over the country to a leader who has reached the height of age but has not yet reached the height of intellect. This is what the whole world is experiencing today. What is happening today has made a big difference in tomorrow's future. This has completely changed the direction of the winds, but now it is difficult to predict what will happen next. The Russia-Ukraine war is set to change the whole world of chess. Now it has been fertilized to play new experiments and new tricks. Which of these tricks? A brief account of its impact on India and what India can do about it.

NATO has imposed Russia-Ukraine war on the world. The United States and NATO nations, which are trying to achieve a covert goal by making a president a scapegoat, are sometimes happy and sometimes saddened by the current situation. Russia has jumped into the fray with more than the United States and NATO have anticipated. Putin has stepped in with the intention of occupying Ukraine, despite all international sanctions. It is now clear that NATO and the United States did not anticipate these steps. The US administration and the European Union are rising every day to impose new sanctions on Russia. But Russia has continued to pursue its goal even with this sanctions. Russia's move has caused a rift in NATO itself. Why this split? We oppose Russia, from a humanitarian point of view, neither the United States nor the European nations are ready to take any action other than saying that Putin is Hitler.

Although the United States and NATO have been providing military assistance to Ukraine in the Russia-Ukraine conflict, none of them has actually come forward on the ground. There are daily reports of NATO equipping its troops with nuclear missiles, but it doesn't really make sense. Russia has annexed much of Ukraine right now. Cities in Ukraine are under siege. There, the President is announcing that he will fight even more & he escapes to another country. War is hurting the people of Ukraine, the soldiers of Ukraine. But that is not all. No European nation has ever taken serious action against Russia of going to war with Ukraine. The steam in the mouth is just being blown. European nations import about 45% of their natural gas and 25% of their crude oil from Russia. This war has created difficulties in its fulfillment. Fuel and other supplies to European countries are supplied from the Capsican Sea. Enmity with Russia will hurt in the supply of fuel to Europe and the world as a whole. It is clear that this will create problems. The current situation in NATO and the US is like a barking dog on the street. No one has the courage to come close and bite Russia.

Due to this war, new equations like East and West are emerging on the world stage. On the one hand, the United States and European countries and on the other hand, Russia, China and India seem to be forming an alliance. India has taken a neutral stance on all ongoing disputes. So China has sided with Russia. It is clear that the Russian economy will be hurt under the economic sanctions imposed by the United States and the European Union. At that point, it is clear that Russia will become even more dependent on China, and perhaps even China will take stand against the United States. Russia-China alliance will be another headache for the United States. Because the growing power of China is already a headache for the United States. Now, along with Russia, it is raising concerns. Given the way the US leadership decides, the US is making many enemies at once. I would not be surprised if in the near future the United States comes to grips with different enemies from all sides.

India's situation is the best and the worst. India is the only country that is important on both sides. On the one hand, India-US relations as well as relations with India and European countries are strong at different levels. So be it quad, be it G20. India and Russia, on the other hand, have very close ties. Although India-China relations are currently at their lowest ebb, the two countries are united on a BRIC-like platform. At such a balanced level, India has a lot of opportunities and a lot of dangers. The situation in India is such that a guest of both houses can go hungry or take advantage of both sides. Even now, we can see that on the one hand, the US has put pressure on India to take sides, but the neutral stance taken by India has been appreciated by both the President of the US and the President of Russia. The US was happy by a role of mediating done by India, while Russia is happy that India not join sides of NATO & USA despite pressure & supported friendship when the whole world is against Russia. In this, India's position has become stronger at the international level. India's role has gained weight.

India will face increasing difficulties in defense deals and trade with Russia. India will also face difficulties in investing in Russia. At the same time, Russia's growing proximity to China is a source of concern to India. At present, it seems that Russia will always remain neutral on the Indo-China issue. But these are just some of the goal setting shareware that you can use. Decisions will be made at that time based on the situation. But in any case, the changing winds are showing that the changes taking place at the global level are the beginning of a new structure. In such a scenario, what India decides will depend on whether it is good or bad. If India, like Ukraine, gives the key to power to a less intelligent leader, the time to come will be blown away. That is why Indians need to choose their leadership consciously now.

At the same time, India's role on the chess board will be paramount in the role of King Maker if India is to increase its importance in the global arena by staying with the US-NATO and Russia-China. We have seen a small picture in the recent Russia-Ukraine war. Chanakya policy or even Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj's visionary moves in international politics one need to follow. The situation is now conducive to India's side. The question is whether the leadership of India at that time will have the capacity to identify those winds accurately and make decisions. Only time will tell.

The prayer is that the storm brought by these winds will go away as soon as possible and innocent people will not fall prey to politics in the world arena ...
