If India agrees to buy crude oil from Russia, then all the cost will be borne by India, the Indian companies. Finally the price at which we buy oil from the Gulf or other countries. You have to pay the same rate. There is also a high risk of dealing with Russia.

India imports crude oil from over 25 countries. Our agreements with each country are different. Since it is not right to depend entirely on one country, India meets its fuel needs from all such countries. Out of the 4.7 million barrels of crude oil that India needs every day, we import only 64,000 barrels from Russia and Kazakhstan. Therefore, even if the Russian companies offer this concession, considering the risky part of it, the cost of transportation, etc., it will not be of much benefit to India.

2) The President of Ukraine Zhelensky has stated that "NATO will not take us into them and Ukraine has no interest in joining NATO".
