1) India has recently signed a trade agreement with the United Arab Emirates. This will strengthen trade relations between the two countries. The trade is expected to reach a whopping 100 billion in the next five years. The important thing here is that the UAE, with the exception of crude oil, This is a very large amount of trade cooperation. India is the leading country in establishing such level of trade relations.

2) The Commander of the Royal Saudi Land Forces, Lieutenant General Fahd bin Abdullah Mohammed Al-Mutair has paid a historic visit to the Indian Army Chief General Mukund Narwane. This is the first time Saudi Arabia's military chief has visited India in such a manner and the visit is certainly significant. Saudi Arabia is the world's largest arms importer. Saudi Arabia is keen to get India's self-propelled Akash and BrahMos missiles. Saudi Arabia is taking steps in this direction of purchase these missile after India reached an agreement to sell BrahMos to the Philippines. That is why the visit is believed to have given rise to India's emergence as an arms dealer.

Both these things have shaken Pakistan completely. These two nations represent the Muslim nation of the world in one way or another. The growing proximity and military, economic ties between the two countries to India are hurting Pakistan. On the one hand, Saudi Arabia has imposed economic blockade on Pakistan, while on the other hand, Saudi Arabia has increased its relations with India. As part of that, Saudi Arabia is now keen to establish military ties. The growing support of Muslim nations to India on the Kashmir issue is very offensive to Pakistan.

3) It has been reported that French Defense Minister Florence Parley, who recently visited India, discussed the possibility of launching an assembly line of state-of-the-art Rafael fighter aircraft in India. Dassault, Rafael's manufacturer, currently has only one assembly line. The company has received orders for around 200 Rafale aircraft from around the world. Apart from this, Rafael is leading the race for 114 aircraft of India's Medium Multi-Roll Combat Aircraft (MMRCA) 2. Rafael received important orders from the UAE. And Indonesia are from Asian region. Due to the assembly line in France alone, it is impossible for Dassault to complete this order on time. That is why it has been decided to start a second assembly line at Nagpur in Maharashtra, India. It will have the capacity to build 24 Rafale aircraft a year.

If India orders more Rafael aircraft, about 70% of the assembly, service and maintenance will be done in India. This will save India's foreign exchange, but at the same time, Rafael will be 'Assembled in India'.

Jai Hind !!!
